fa بررسی میزان انطباق مؤلفه‌های سیبرنتیک در نظام جامع آماری: مطالعه موردی نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور مديريت و ارزيابي كتابخانه‌ها Management and Evaluation of Libraries كيفي qualitative <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">هدف</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی میزان انطباق مؤلفه‌های سیبرنتیک با نظام جامع آماری نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور است.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">: این پژوهش کاربردی با شیوه گردآوری داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی است. به منظور تحقق اهداف پژوهش، از راهبرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده و شیوه میزان‌یاب برای بررسی انطباق مؤلفه‌های سیبرنتیک در نظام جامع آماری به‌ کار گرفته شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">: مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های لازم برای به وجود آمدن نظام‌های سیبرنتیکی، شامل هدف، درون‌داد، برون‌داد، پردازش، ارتباطات، کنترل و بازخورد در سند نظام جامع آماری بررسی شد. قوی‌ترین مؤلفه‌‌های سیبرنتیک در نظام جامع آماری &laquo;درون‌داد، پردازش و تبدیل،<b> </b>برون‌داد&raquo;، &laquo;کنترل&raquo; و &laquo;بازخورد&raquo; است و &laquo;هدف&raquo; و &laquo;ارتباط&raquo; نیز در این بررسی رتبه متوسط را به دست آوردند که در مجموع می‌توان صفت نسبتا قوی را برای میزان انطباق آن برگزید.</span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">: </span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">مطابقت زیاد این مؤلفه‌ها با موارد پیش‌بینی‌شده در نظام جامع آماری نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور نشانگر این است که نظام جامع با حفظ نگاه سیستمی در فرآیندهای ایجاد، تجمیع، تحلیل و استفاده از آمار، بدون اینکه نامی از علم سیبرنتیک در سند آورده باشد، مؤلفه‌های سیبرنتیکی را رعایت کرده است. این پژوهش می‌تواند الگویی برای سایر سازمان‌ها در به‌کارگیری مؤلفه‌های سیبرنتیک در نظام‌های اطلاعاتی و آماری باشد. به‌علاوه، نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به توسعه نظریه‌های سیبرنتیک و کاربرد آن‌ها در حوزه‌های مختلف مدیریتی و اطلاعاتی یاری رساند و زمینه‌ساز تحقیقات آینده شود.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b>Objective:</b> This research aims to examine the alignment of cybernetic components with the statistical system of Iran Public Libraries Foundation.<br> <b>Method:</b> This applied research used the qualitative content analysis of the Public Libraries&#39; Statistical System. Data was collected through library and documentary research, applying a case study approach. A content analysis strategy was employed to assess the alignment of cybernetic components.<br> <b>Results: </b>Essential components for cybernetic systems, include aim, input, processing, output, communication, control, and feedback were examined in the statistical system document. While terminology varied, the processes served their intended purposes. The strongest components were &quot;input, processing and transformation, and output&quot;, &quot;control,&quot; and &quot;feedback&quot; with &quot;goal&quot; states and &ldquo;aim&rdquo; and &quot;communication&quot; ranked average, indicating the solid alignment.<br> <b>Conclusions:</b> The compatibility of these components with the statistical system developed by the Statistical Research Institute of Iran suggests a systemic perspective in statistical processes without the explicit mention of cybernetics. This alignment enhances the credibility of the system and improves decision-making in Iran&#39;s public libraries.
