fa شناسایی خدمات جنبی در کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی استان کرمانشاه و نقش آن‌‌ها در جذب و نگهداشت کودکان و نوجوانان Identification of the Extra Services in the Public Libraries of Kermanshah Province and their Role in Attracting and Retaining Children and Adolescents مكان‌يابي و مطالعات جغرافيايي GIS and Geographic Studies كمّي quantitative هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تشریح خدمات جنبی کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی استان کرمانشاه و نقش آن‌‌ها در جذب کودکان و نوجوانان به کتابخانه و نگهداشت آنان در آن انجام شده است. روش: در این پژوهش از رویکرد آمیخته استفاده شده است. برای گردآوری داده‌‌ها از پرسش‌نامه، سیاهۀ وارسی و مصاحبه با کتابداران استفاده شد که روایی محتوایی آن بر اساس نظرات متخصصان تأیید شد و پایایی پرسش‌نامه به روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (86/0) به دست آمد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را اعضا و کتابداران کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی استان کرمانشاه تشکیل می‌‌دهند. حجم نمونه در بخش اعضا از 100 نفر و در بخش کتابداران از 10 نفر تشکیل شده است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای و غیرتصادفی سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS و روش‌های کدگذاری اشتروس و کروبین (باز، محوری و انتخابی) استفاده شده است. یافته‌‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که آموزش قرآن، قصه‌‌گویی، مسابقات کتاب‌‌خوانی و نقاشی، جشن و مراسم مذهبی، مطالعه در تابستان، کانون ادبی، نمایشگاه کتاب و تازه‌‌های کتاب، برنامه‌‌های جنبی مورد اجرا در کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی هستند. نمایش فیلم، موسیقی و گروه‌‌های کتاب‌‌خوانی در هیچ‌‌کدام از کتابخانه‌‌ها وجود ندارد. رضایت از برنامۀ نقاشی، مسابقات کتاب‌‌خوانی، قصه‌‌گویی زیاد و آموزش قرآن، نمایشگاه کتاب بیشتر از سایر خدمات است. مهم‌‌ترین موانع در ارائۀ خدمات جنبی، کمبود بودجه و امکانات، کمبود فضای مناسب و کمبود نیروی انسانی هستند. اصالت/ارزش: خدمات جنبی در کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی نقش مؤثری در جذب و نگهداشت کودکان و نوجوانان دارد. همچنین، این برنامه‌‌ها در استفادۀ مطلوب از اوقات فراغت و تشویق به فعالیت‌‌های فرهنگی هنری به‌منظور رشد و اعتلای فرهنگی جامعه نقش به‌سزایی را ایفا می‌‌کند. کاربست این یافته‌ها با توجه به بافت جغرافیایی و فرهنگی خاص کرمانشاه می‌تواند زمینه را برای پرورش بهتر کودکان و نوجوانان مهیا ساخته و نقش کتابخانه‌های عمومی را در آموزش‌وپرورش اعضا برجسته سازد.   Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify and explain the extra services of libraries affiliated with the public libraries of Kermanshah province and their role in attracting children and adolescents to the library and retaining them in it. Method: In this study, a mixed methods has been used. To collect the research data, a questionnaire, a check list, and an interview with librarians were utilized. The content validity of these tools were confirmed by the experts' opinions and the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.86). The statistical population included the members and librarians of public libraries in Kermanshah province. The sample size consisted of 100 library members and 10 librarians who were selected by both cluster sampling and quota sampling. SPSS software and Strauss & Corbin coding methods (open, axial, and selective) were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results indicated that Quran teaching, storytelling, reading and drawing competitions, celebrations and religious ceremonies, summer study, literary center, book fairs, and exhibitions of newly published books are among the extra and ancillary programs implemented in public libraries. There is no movie, music, or reading group in any of the libraries. The level of satisfaction with the painting program, reading competitions, storytelling and Quran teching, and book fairs is higher than the level of satisfaction other services. The most important barriers to providing ancillary services are lack of funds and facilities, lack of adequate space and lack of human resources. Originality/value: The provision of extra/ancillary services in the public libraries of Kermanshah province has a positive and influential role in shaping the personality of children and adolescents. Furthermore, these programs play an important role in the optimal use of leisure time and the encouragement of cultural-artistic activities for the cultural development of society.
