fa برون دادهای تحقق یافته کتابخانه‌های عمومی در استان تهران مديريت اطلاعات و مديريت دانش Information Management and Knowledge Management كمّي quantitative <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimyw;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;">هدف:</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;"> پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت برون‌دادهای تحقق‌یافته از خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان تهران در زندگی کاربران در مؤلفه‌های آموزش، پژوهش، کسب‌وکار و تجارت، فعالیت‌های روزمره و فعالیت‌های فرهنگی، مذهبی و اجتماعی انجام شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;">روش:</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;"> این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش گردآوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل 86000 &nbsp;نفر از اعضای 15 تا 79 سالۀ کتابخانه‌های عمومی نهادی استان تهران بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبتی تعداد 620 نفر انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای اجرای این پژوهش از یک پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته به‌عنوان ابزار گردآوری داده‌‌ها استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی ابزار این پژوهش با استفاده از نظرتعدادی از اساتید علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی فعال در این حوزه تأیید شد و سنجش پایایی ابزار با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 97/ به دست آمد.</span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;"> نتایج حاصل از بررسی نشان داد میزان برون‌دادهای تحقق‌یافته از کتابخانه‌های عمومی در حوزه‌های آموزش، پژوهش و کسب‌وکار، فعالیت‌های روزمره، فعالیت‌های فرهنگی، مذهبی و اجتماعی و درکل برون‌دادهای کلی کمتر از حد متوسط بود. برون‌دادهای تحقق‌یافته در حوزه‌های آموزش، پژوهش و کسب‌وکار و تجارت، فعالیت‌های روزمره و برون‌دادهای کلی برحسب میزان استفادۀ هفتگی و سالانۀ کاربران تفاوت داشتند. رابطۀ بین برون‌دادهای تحقق‌یافته به‌طورکلی و حوزه‌های آن با سن کاربران مثبت بود. میانگین برون‌دادهای تحقق‌یافته به‌طورکلی و هر سه حوزۀ آن بین کاربران کتابخانه‌ها با درجات مختلف تفاوت داشت. میانگین برون‌دادهای تحقق‌یافته کاربران متأهل به‌طورکلی و در حوزه‌های آن از کاربران مجرد بیشتر بود.</span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;">اصالت/ارزش:</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt;"> رویکرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ برون‌داد در راستای اهداف ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات و تعیین میزان اثرگذاری نهایی خدمات در زندگی کاربران قادر است تصور درستی از واقعیت‌های موجود در کتابخانه‌های عمومی را به مسئولان و دست‌اندرکاران بخش فرهنگی جامعه منتقل کند. این پژوهش بیشتر به ارتقای مبانی نظری سنجش تأثیر و برون‌دادهای کلی و نشان دادن تأثیر کتابخانه‌ها بر جامعه کمک می‌کند.</span></span></span> <strong>Purpose:</strong> The present research aims to investigate the status of perceived outcomes of the services of Tehran province&#39;s public libraries in their users&#39; life in the areas of education, research and business, everyday activities, and cultural, religious and social activities.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This is an applied research in terms of purpose and a survey-descriptive study in terms of the data collection and analysis method. The Statistical population of the research consisted of 86,000 library members of public libraries of Tehran province (under supervision of Iran Public Libraries Foundation) whose ages ranged from 15 to 79. The sample of study included 620 members who were selected using the ratio stratified sampling method. The Data collection was conducted through a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a number professionals in the field of public libraries. The realiability of the questionnaire was calculated by using a Cronbach&#39;s alpha test, which found to be 0.97.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The results revealed that the amount of the perceived outcomes of the public libraries in the areas of education, research and business, everyday activities, cultural, religious and social activities, and the outcomes in general were lower than the mean level. The perceived outcomes in the areas of education, research and business, everyday activities, and the perceived outcomes in general were significantly different in terms of the weekly and annual usage by the members. The relationship of the perceived outcomes in general and of the areas with the age of users was significantly positive. The mean value of the perceived outcomes in general and of the three areas was significantly different between the users of the libraries. The mean value of the perceived outcomes of married users in general and the three areas was significantly higher than the one of unmarried users.<br> <strong>Originality/value: </strong>The outcomes assessment approach, aiming at assessing the service quality and determining the final effectiveness of services in the users&#39; life, can present an accurate picture of the facts existing in the public libraries to the authorities and stekeholders involved in the cultural sector.
