fa کاوشی بر مختصات مدل کنترل استراتژیکِ چشم‌انداز نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور خدمات کتابخانه‌ای برای خانواده‌ها و ارتقای فرهنگ عمومی Libraries Services for Promoting Families and Culture كمّي quantitative <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"><strong>هدف</strong>: </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف این پژوهش، دستیابی به مدلی از کنترل استراتژیک با ابزارهای کاربردی و قابل استفاده در سطح نهاد کتابخانه عمومی کشور است.</span></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش: </span></span></span></strong><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، اکتشافی و با راهبرد مطالعه موردی و جهت‌گیری بنیادی است و گردآوری اطلاعات در آن با استفاده از پیمایش میدانی انجام گرفته است و با روش‌های تحلیل آماری به تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها پرداخته شده است.</span></span></span></span>&nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></span></strong><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">طراحی یک سیستم کنترلی استراتژیک، شرایط سازمان را به‌منظور حرکت منسجم در بستر محیط فراهم می‌سازد و کوشش‌های پراکنده مدیران را انسجام بخشیده و از تصمیمات پراکنده جلوگیری می‌کند. نهاد کتابخانه عمومی کشور با تدوین سند چشم‌انداز خود که همانا جایگاه اول در منطقه و برتری از جهت سرانه فضا، عضو، منابع و امانت کتابخانه است، به شدت نیاز دارد تا ابزارها و روش‌های استراتژی خود را کنترل کند. مقاله حاضر با طراحی مدل کنترل استراتژیک به دنبال تسهیل و حل مسأله کنترل استراتژی در چشم‌انداز راهبردی نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور است و نتایج به‌کارگیری این مدل می‌تواند در سازمان‌های عمومی غیردولتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. </span></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اصالت/ارزش: </span></span></span></strong><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند دستمایه مناسبی در خصوص کنترل راهبردی چشم‌ انداز راهبردی نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور باشد. </span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Purpose: </strong>The purpose of this research is to achieve a model of useful strategic control that can be used in the public libraries affiliated with the Iran Public Libraries Foundation.<br> <strong>Methodology: </strong>This is an exploratory research project, using a case study approach with an original orientation. Data has been collected through field surveys and descriptive statistical analysis methods have been used to analyze data.<br> <strong>Findings: </strong>Designing strategic control systems, enables the provision of the organization circumstances (conditions) for moving coherently within the context of distributed environments. It also provides a vehicle for the integration of distributed decisions by managers and helps to prevent sporadic endeavors. The Iran Public Libraries Foundation declares in its vision statement that it intends to establish itself as the lead in the region where space per members, membership, resources and lending are concerned. To achieve this goal it needs to use the tools and methods of strategy control.
