fa تحلیلی بر رفتار انتخاب کتاب اعضای نوجوان کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران An Analysis of the Book Selection Behavior of Adolescent Members of Public Libraries in Iran مطالعات کودک و نوجوان Child and Adolescent Studies كيفي qualitative هدف: انتخاب صحیح منابع اطلاعاتی در خوانده شدن منبع یافت‌شده در کتابخانه تأثیری بسزا دارد. ازطرف‌دیگر، مجموعه‌سازی، سازمان‌دهی منابع و چیدمان آن‌ها در کتابخانه‌ها و همچنین طراحی رابط کاربری‌های کارا و کاربرپسند که به‌اندازۀ کافی از انتخاب منابع پشتیبانی کنند، نیازمند شناخت کافی از رفتارهای انتخاب منابع توسط کاربران است؛ آنچه در ایران شناخت کافی از آن وجود ندارد. براین‌اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت مؤلفه‌های رفتار انتخاب کتاب توسط اعضای نوجوان کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران است. روش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد روش&rlm;شناختی کیفی انجام شده و روش پژوهش، تحلیل محتوای کیفی مرسوم است. داده&rlm;ها با استفاده از مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شده‌اند. مشارکت&rlm;کنندگان شامل اعضای نوجوان کتابخانه&rlm;های عمومی زیر پوشش ادارۀ کل کتابخانه&rlm;های عمومی استان کرمانشاه در زمستان سال 1399 بودند. نمونه&rlm;گیری به روشِ هدفمند یا قضاوتی انجام شد و تا اشباع اطلاعات ادامه یافت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده شد. یافته&rlm;‌ها: تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده&rlm;های مصاحبه منجر به شکل&rlm;گیری 12 کد اصلی و 285 کد فرعی شد که در 5 مقوله و 30 مفهوم طبقه&rlm;بندی شدند. مقوله‌های اصلی عبارت بودند از: عوامل مرتبط با کاربر (شامل ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی؛ ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و فکری؛ علاقه؛ مسائل و وقایع زندگی؛ دانش قبلی؛ تجارب و مهارت‌ها؛ اهداف انتخاب کتاب در کتابخانه‌های عمومی؛ زمان و هزینۀ صرف‌شده برای انتخاب؛ راهبردهای انتخاب؛ فرایند انتخاب کتاب؛ سنجش اعتبار و کیفیت منابع؛ علل برقراری ارتباط با کتاب و خواندن آن تا انتها؛ و علل نخواندن یا نیمه خواندن کتاب)؛ عوامل مرتبط با کتاب (شامل عناصر ظاهری و فیزیکی؛ عناصر کتاب‌شناختی؛ عناصر محتوایی؛ و قالب، زبان، بیان و سبک)؛ عوامل مرتبط با کتابخانه (شامل برنامه‌های کتاب‌خوانی؛ عوامل محیطی؛ تسهیلات و امکانات؛ و عوامل انسانی)؛ افراد، رسانه‌ها، تولیدات، مناسبت‌ها، برنامه‌ها و فهرست‌های اثرگذار بر انتخاب کتاب (شامل افراد؛ رسانه‌ها؛ تولیدات از آثار چاپی؛ مناسبت‌ها و برنامه‌ها؛ و فهرست‌ها)؛ و موانع انتخاب کتاب در کتابخانه‌های عمومی (شامل کتابخانه‌؛ کتاب؛ فرد؛ و جامعه). اصالت/ارزش: رفتار انتخاب منابع اطلاعاتی کاربران نوجوان کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی گویای پیچیدگی و تأثیرپذیری این رفتار از عوامل گسترده و متعددی شامل تفاوت‌های فردی، ویژگی‌های ظاهری و محتوایی کتاب و عوامل محیطی و کتابخانه‌ای است. مؤلفه‌های شناسایی‌شده در رفتار مذکور می‌تواند به‌عنوان مبنایی برای پیمایش گستردۀ رفتار انتخاب منابع اطلاعاتی کاربران در محیط‌های فیزیکی و مجازی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و راهنمای مجموعه‌سازی، فضاسازی و طراحی خدمات در کتابخانه‌ها، تدوین منابع و طراحی ظاهری و ساختاری کتاب توسط نویسندگان و ناشران شود. Purpose: The correct selection of information sources significantly impacts the readability of the retrieved sources in the library. On the other hand, the collection development, organization of resources, and their classification in libraries, as well as the design of efficient and user-friendly user interfaces that sufficiently support the selection of resources, require sufficient knowledge of the behavior of choosing resources by users. Based on this, the present study aimed to identify the components of book selection behavior by adolescent members of public libraries in Kermanshah Province of Iran. Method: The current research was conducted with a qualitative approach, and the research method was the qualitative content analysis. The data were collected using semi-structured interviews. The participants were adolescent members of Kermanshah Province public libraries affiliated to the Iran Public Libraries Foundation in the winter of 2021. The purposive sampling, also known as judgmental sampling, was used to select participants, and continued until data saturation was reached. The qualitative content analysis method was used to analyze the findings. Findings: The analysis of the interview data led to the formation of 12 main codes and 285 sub-codes, which were classified into 5 categories and 30 concepts. The main categories were: factors related to the user (including demographic characteristics; personality and intellectual characteristics; interest; life issues and events; previous knowledge; experiences and skills; the goals of selecting a book in public libraries; time and cost spent to select; selection strategies; the process of selecting a book; measurement of credit and quality of resources; the causes of communicating with the book and reading it up to the end; reasons for not reading or half reading books); factors related to books (including apparent and physical elements; bibliographic elements; content elements; mold, language, expression and style); factors related to the library (consisting of reading programs; environmental factors; facilities and facilities; human factors); people, media, productions, occasions, programs, and lists influencing book selection (including persons; media; production of printed works; occasions and programs; lists); and barriers to book selection in public libraries (includes: library; book; person; society). Originality/Value: The behavior of selecting information resources of adolescent members of public libraries showed the complexity and influence of this behavior by numerous factors, including individual differences, appearance and content characteristics of books, environmental factors, and library factors.
