fa بررسی اثربخشی آموزش پویایی اجتماعی در ارتقای مهارت‌های ارتباطی کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهرستان خمینی‌شهر آموزش كتابداري و اطلاع‌رساني Library and Information Science Education كمّي quantitative <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>&nbsp;هدف: </strong>در حرفۀ کتابداری کیفیت ارتباط کتابدار نقش مهمی در جذب کاربر به کتابخانه دارد. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارتقای کیفیت مهارت‌های ارتباطی کتابداران بر اساس رویکرد پویایی اجتماعی است.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>پژوهش حاضر بر اساس هدف کاربردی و بر اساس نحوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات از پژوهش‌های نیمه‌تجربی از نوع طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعۀ پژوهش شامل کلیۀ کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهرستان خمینی‌شهر در سال 1398 است که از این جامعه ۳۰ نفر از کتابداران به‌روشِ نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هرکدام با 15 عضو) قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها، از پرسش‌نامۀ اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامۀ مهارت‌های ارتباط بین‌فردی کویین دام (2004) استفاده شد. قبل از اجرای مداخله، پرسش‌نامۀ مهارت‌های ارتباط بین‌فردی به‌عنوان پیش‌آزمون در میان افراد گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل اجرا شد. سپس، پروتکل مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر مبنای رویکرد پویایی اجتماعی به‌عنوان متغیر مستقل در گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت جلسه اجرا شد، اما گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. در ادامه، مجدداً پس‌آزمون برای گروه‌های آزمایش وکنترل اجرا شد.<br> <strong>&nbsp;یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج مطالعۀ حاضر نشان می‌دهد که تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین نمرات مهارت‌های ارتباطی و ابعاد آن در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل وجود دارد. بر این اساس، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش پویایی اجتماعی در ارتقای مهارت‌های ارتباطی کتابداران مؤثر بوده است<strong>.</strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong>&nbsp;اصالت/ارزش:</strong> ارزش این مطالعه در کاربرد یک مداخله با هدف ارتقای مهارت‌های ارتباطی کتابداران بر اساس رویکردی فرامدرن است. با مرور پژوهش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>هایی که تاکنون در حوزۀ کتابداری انجام شده است می‌توان به اهمیت متغیر ارتباط در این حرفه پی برد، اما اکثر مطالعات انجام<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شده در این خصوص از نوع توصیفی بوده است و مطالعه‌ای که به بررسی اثربخشی یک مداخله در خصوص ارتقای کیفیت مهارت ارتباطی کتابداران پرداخته باشد یافت نشد<span dir="LTR">.</span> ازاین<span dir="LTR">‌</span>رو، این مطالعه به‌لحاظ روش و موضوع دارای ارزش است. <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></strong></span></span></div> <strong>Purpose:</strong> According to Scharf (2013), the library profession is one of the professions in which communication plays an important role. In other words, not only the quantity and quality of library equipment are effective in attracting the client to the library, but also the quality of the librarian&#39;s communication is important. With the evolution of approaches and theories in the field of counseling and psychotherapy as a communication-oriented profession, various interventions have emerged to improve the quality of communication. The Sociodynamic approach is one of these interventions, which was put forward by R. Vance Peavy in 2004.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This research is a quasi-experimental study using a pretest-posttest design on an experimental group and a control group. The research population included all public libraries&#39; librarians of Khomeyni Shahr County in 2019, from whom 30 members were selected by using the convenience sampling technique and were randomly divided to an experimental group and a control group (each group with 15 member). To assess the librarians&#39; communication skills, the Queendom Interpersonal Communication Skills questionnaire (2004) was used. This questionnaire has 34 questions that have been developed to measure the adult communication skills. To analyze the data, the SPSS-23 statistical software and the indicators of descriptive statistics (median and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (i.e. analysis of Covariance) were used.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The results show a meaningful difference between the mean scores of relationship skills and their dimensions in the experimental and control groups. Accordingly, it can be concluded that training sociodynamic approach has been effective in the enhancement of communication skills and their dimensions (ability to receive & send massage, emotional control, listening, insight into the process of communication and communication with decisiveness) among the librarians.<strong><span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> <strong>Originality/value:</strong> By reviewing the studies carried out thus far in the field of librarian scope, one can realize the importance of the variable of communication in this profession. However, most of the studies conducted in this regard have been descriptive and there is no study which has examined the effectiveness of an intervention in improving the quality of Librarians&#39; communication skills.
