fa بررسی نقش منتورینگ‌ (ارشادگری) اسلامی در توسعۀ شایستگی‌های پژوهشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشتۀ علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی آموزش كتابداري و اطلاع‌رساني Library and Information Science Education كمّي quantitative <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimyw;"><strong>هدف:</strong> با توجه به نقش مهم عاملان اطلاع‌&shy;رسانی و دانش&shy;‌شناسی در پیمایش و ارزیابی کم‌وکیف توسعۀ علم در سطوح مختلف نهادی و فردی، یکی از صلاحیت&rlm;های لازم برای آن‌ها شایستگی پژوهشی است. در این راستا، تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش منتورینگ اسلامی در توسعۀ شایستگی‌&shy;های پژوهشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشتۀ علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع هم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>بستگی است. داده&rlm;‌های مطالعه از 102 دانشجوی تحصیلات تکمیلی رشتۀ علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی در دانشگاه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های تهران به‌روش نمونه&shy;‌گیری طبقه‌&shy;ای با لحاظ کردن مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکترای تخصصی جمع‌آوری شد. برای اندازه‌گیری شایستگی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های تحقیقاتی از زیرمقیاس&rlm;‌های مهارت&rlm;‌های انجام و مدیریت تحقیق و تفسیر و انتقال دانش پرسش‌نامۀ توسعۀ دانشجویان و برای گردآوری داده‌های مربوط به منتورینگ از پرسش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>نامۀ منتورینگ اسلامی (خاقانی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>زاده، تقوی و عبادی، 2019) استفاده شد. &rlm;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین کل منتورینگ اسلامی 78/3 و شایستگی‌های پژوهشی برابر با 84/3 بوده است که بیانگر وضعیت مناسب دانشجویان است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون هم‌بستگی نشان می&rlm;&rlm;دهد که همۀ مؤلفه&rlm;های نه&rlm;گانه منتورینگ اسلامی به‌جز چالش‌انگیزی، مشاوره و معاشرت علمی رابطۀ معناداری با صلاحیت&shy;‌یابی پژوهشی دانشجویان دارند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز بیانگر معناداری مدل بوده و نشان می‌&rlm;دهد مقدار قابل‌توجهی از واریانس صلاحیت‌&shy;یابی پژوهشی دانشجویان توسط مؤلفه‌&shy;های منتورینگ اسلامی تبیین می‌&rlm;شوند.<br> <strong>اصالت/ارزش:</strong> مطالعۀ حاضر وضعیت عاملان حرفه‌&shy;ای آیندۀ علم اطلاعات و دانش‌&shy;شناسی و پیش‌&shy;بینی‌پذیری آن را بر اساس یکی از راهبردهای تربیتی سازگار با شرایط فرهنگی حاکم بررسی کرده است. </span></span> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Purpose:</strong> Considering the important role of Information Sciences and Knowledge Studies agents in scrutinizing and evaluating the quality and quantity of science development at various institutional and individual levels, one of the competencies required for them is research competencies. Thus the purpose of the present study is to investigate the role of Islamic mentoring in developing the research competencies of graduate students of Knowledge and Information Science.<br> <strong>Method: </strong>This study is a descriptive-survey study in terms of the data collection method and a correlational study in terms of the data analysis method. The research data was collected from the graduate students of Tehran universities. Then, 102 cases were selected as the research sample using the stratified random sampling method. To measure the students&#39; research competencies, the subscales of &quot;performing & managing research&quot; and &quot;interpreting & transferring knowledge of student&quot; in the = questionnaire of development of students were used, and to collect the data related to mentoring, the Islamic mentoring questionnaire (Khaghahanizadeh, Taqavi & Ebadi, 2019) was used.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> According to the results, the mean of Islamic mentoring and student&rsquo;s research competencies are 3.78 and 3.84, which is indicative of the favorable situation of the students. Results of the correlation analysis indicate that the correlation coefficients of all factors of Islamic mentoring with research competency except &quot;challenging&quot;, &quot;counseling&quot; and &quot;networking&quot;, were significant and positive.
