fa بررسی تأثیر استفاده تلفن‌های هوشمند بر پیامدهای رفتاری مثبت کارکنان با نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهر تهران) مطالعات روان‌شناسي Psychological Studies كيفي qualitative <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimyw;"><strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر استفاده از امکانات تلفن<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های هوشمند توسط کارکنان بر شکل&shy;‌گیری پیامدهای رفتاری مثبت در آن&shy;ها شامل رضایت شغلی، رضایت ارتباط و عملکرد و همچنین بررسی نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی صورت گرفت.<br> <strong>روش</strong><strong>:</strong> این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش در زمرۀ پژوهش‌های توصیفی-پیمایشی قرار می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گیرد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه کارکنان کتابخانه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های عمومی زیر نظر سازمان فرهنگی هنری شهرداری تهران به تعداد ۳۹۲ نفر است که 200 نفر از آن&shy;ها با توجه به حجم نمونۀ موردنیاز برای مدل<span dir="LTR">‌</span>یابی معادلات ساختاری به‌صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری در این پژوهش، پرسش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>نامه استاندارد پژوهش شیر و رایس (2017) شامل شش گویه برای سنجش میزان استفاده از تلفن<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های هوشمند، هشت گویه برای سنجش سرمایه اجتماعی و شش گویه برای سنجش پیامدهای رفتاری مثبت کارکنان است که پایایی این پرسش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>نامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 914/0 محاسبه شد. به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>منظور بررسی کفایت داده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها برای تحلیل عاملی، از آزمون <span dir="LTR">KMO</span> ازطریق نرم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> استفاده شد. همچنین، آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>منظور بررسی روایی ابزار انجام شد و درنهایت، به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>منظور آزمون فرضیات از نرم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>افزار آموس استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>ها:</strong> بررسی شاخص‌های برازش مدل حاکی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>از آن است که مدل ساختاری پژوهش از وضـعیت مناسـبی برخوردار است. همچنین، یافته&shy;‌های پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از تلفن<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های هوشمند بر پیامدهای رفتاری مثبت کارکنان با ضریب مسیر 45/0 تأثیر معنی‌دار و مثبت دارد. همچنین، نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی در تأثیر استفاده از تلفن<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های هوشمند بر پیامدهای رفتاری مثبت کارکنان با ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم 48/0 تأیید شد.<br> <strong>&nbsp;اصالت/ارزش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر برای اولین بار در کشور به بررسی نتایج مثبت استفادۀ کتابداران از تلفن‌های هوشمند و پیامدهای آن در کتابخانه‌های عمومی با نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی پرداخته است. این پژوهش فواید استفاده از <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">تلفن&shy;‌های </span>هوشمند در سازمان&shy;ها را آشکار می‌&shy;سازد و به توسعه تجربی و نظری این زمینۀ مطالعاتی کمک می‌کند. ازاین‌رو، با توجه به اهمیت و کارایی تلفن‌های هوشمند در ارائۀ خدمات اطلاع‌رسانی، مرجع، فناوری اطلاعات و آموزشی و پژوهشی پیشنهاد می‌شود تدابیری برای استفاده مناسب در توسعۀ خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی با کمک‌ تلفن‌های هوشمند لحاظ شود<span dir="LTR">.</span></span></span> <p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Purpose:</strong> To examine the effect of using smart phones on the positive behavioral outcomes of employees with a mediating role of social capital.<br> <strong>Method<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> This study is considered an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive-correlational study in terms of the data collection method. The statistical population of the research includes all the staff of Tehran&#39;s public libraries, who numbers 394 from whom 200 individuals were selected by using the random sampling method. Cochran formula has been used to determine the sample size 200 participants. Due to the small size of the population and the appropriate volume for the modeling of structural equations, the entire population was studied<span dir="RTL">.</span> The instrument for collecting data was the standard questionnaire by Shir et al. (2017) whose reliability was confirmed by Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient of 0.914. To verify the suitability of the data for factor analysis, KMO test was used. Furthermore, the research validity was examined by a factor analysis and finally the Amos software was used to test the research hypotheses.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Findings:</strong> The examination of the fit indices of the research model showed its good fit. Furthermore, findings indicated that using smartphones has a significant and positive effect with the path coefficient=0/45 on the positive behavioral outcomes of library staff. Moreover, the role of social capital as a mediator in this effect was confirmed with the indirect path coefficient = 0/48.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Originality/value:</strong> The current research has been the first one that has studied the positive outcomes of the librarians&#39; use of smart phones and its consequences in public libraries through the mediating role of social capital. This research reveals the advantages of using smart phones in organizations and its results contribute to the empirical and theoretical development of this area of study.
