fa تأثیر کتاب‌درمانی به شیوۀ گروهی بر میزان تاب‌آوری و امید به زندگی در بهبود وضعیت سلامت کودکان مبتلا به‌ سرطان كمّي quantitative <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر مداخلۀ آزمایشی کتاب<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>درمانی&shy; به شیوۀ گروهی بر &shy;تاب<span dir="LTR">&shy;&shy;</span>آوری و امید به زندگی در بهبود وضعیت سلامت کودکان مبتلا به سرطان در مرکز بیمارستان بعثت شهر همدان است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>روش</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong>:</strong> روش این پژوهش، نیمه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>تجربی با استفاده از طرح<span dir="LTR">&shy; </span>پژوهشی &shy;پیش<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>آزمون-&shy;پس<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>آزمون &shy;&shy;با&shy; دوگروه&shy; کنترل و آزمایش <span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>است. در گروه آزمایش، جلسات کتاب<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>درمانی&shy; به شیوۀ گروهی بر&shy;گزار شد و مداخله<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ای بیش از اقدامات معمول در محیط پژوهش انجام نشد. نمونۀ جامعۀ پژوهش متشکل از 30 نفر از کودکان مبتلا به سرطان 10 تا &shy;14ساله بود که در مرحلۀ اولیه بیماری قرار داشته و حداقل یک دورۀ شیمی‌درمانی را گذرانده بودند. این نمونه به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش تقسیم شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسش‌نامۀ تاب<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>آوری کانر و امید&shy; به زندگی اشنایدر بود. تحلیل داده&shy;‌های &shy;پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون تی‌مستقل و تحلیل کوواریانس در نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> انجام شد. <span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>یافته&shy;‌ها:</strong> نتایج آزمون تی‌مستقل نشان داد بین میانگین نمرات دو مؤلفۀ تاب<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>آوری و امید&shy; به زندگی در گروه کنترل و آزمایش تفاوت وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد تأثیر کتاب‌درمانی به شیوۀ گروهی <span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>بر امید به زندگی در کودکان سرطانی 6/43 درصد و تأثیر کتاب‌درمانی به شیوۀ گروهی بر تاب‌آوری 1/64 درصد بود.<br> <strong>اصالت/ارزش:</strong> این مقاله نخستین پژوهشی است که در زمینۀ تأثیر کتاب‌&shy;درمانی به شیوه گروهی بر میزان تاب&shy;آوری، و امید به زندگی در بهبود وضعیت سلامت کودکان مبتلا به سرطان انجام شده است. کتاب‌درمانی با توجه به اثرات مثبت آن می‌تواند به‌عنوان یکی از خدمات کتابخانه‌های عمومی برای اقشار دارای مشکلات خاص در جامعه و همچنین به‌عنوان یک خدمت بالینی و جذاب در آموزش‌و‌پرورش برای کودکان دارای مشکلات خاص ارائه شود.</span></span></div> <strong>Purpose:</strong> Bibliotherapy was originally used to treat emotional problems in adults, but during the second half of the 19th century, the theoretical and practical foundations and instructions for its use grew widely. Now, bibliotherapy is a prominent strategy that is not only used to treat clinical problems, but also is cosidered a method that can be effective in guiding clients by using the book to meet their needs<span dir="RTL">.</span> The aim of this study is to determine the effect of experimental intervention of group bibliotherapy on the Resilience and life expectancy of children with cancer in Besat Hospital in Hamadan in the process of improving their health status. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Method: </strong>This research is a quasi-experimental study using a pretest-posttest on two groups, i.e. an experimental group and a control group. For the experimental group, several bivliotherapic sessions were held while no intervention more than the usual practices in the research environment were made. The research sample included 30 children afflicted with cancer, aged 10 to 14 who were in an initial stage of the disease and had completed at least one course of chemotherapy. The research instrument consists of two questionnaires: Conner&#39;s perseverance and Schneider&#39;s life expectancy. The experimental group underwent a group bibliotherapic intervention in eight sessions. Two books, namely <em>Living with Chronic Pain: An Approach Based on Accepting the herapist&#39;s Guide and Patient Workbook</em> by Kevin Wells and John Sorrell (2011) and <em>Practical Pain Management Handbook: A Positive Attitude Toward Adapting to Chronic Pain</em> by Michael Nicholas (2008), were the researchers&#39; guide in this bibliotherapy. Data analysis was done using an independent t-test and a covariance analysis in the SPSS software.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Results of the independent t-test showed that there is a significant difference between the mean scores of the two variables of resilience and life expectancy in the control and experimental groups. Furthermore, the effect of this kind of bibliotherapy on the life expectancy in the children afflicted with cancer was 43.6% and its effect on resilience was 64.1%.
